Features Germany BASLER linear scan camera. Ring-shaped light sources utilize OSRAM lamp beads for high brightness and stability, with lighting originating from base and 8 positions.
Multi-functional Board Conveyor
Board clamp system with top, bottom and side-on clamping ensures accuracy and stability. Flexible clamps adjustable from both left and right sides to accommodate edge components. Layer board connects two belt pulleys to prevent board blocking. Extended rail accommodates boards up to 1200mm length. Integrated stop cylinder and sensor design enables stable and accurate board movement adjustment.
